Miles Beccia was a young athlete when he broke both legs and was hospitalized for 3 months from breaking both legs when struck by a car while riding a bicycle in 1983. It took 6 more months of learning to walk again and he didn’t know how he was going to continue his dream of becoming a successful collegiate athlete. 10 years later, he reached is goals and was a scholar athlete award winner for football and track & field and graduated with a B.S. in Health Education.
Out of his research and persistence to accomplish his dream, he began teaching proper healthy eating habits for weight control, improved strength, stamina, agility, and a happier longer life. For over twenty years, Miles has been teaching and coaching students from ages 6 to 90+ and each client has been following his knowledge and programs since.
